We regularly update our collections with new arrivals. Fresh designs and curated pieces are added throughout the year, often aligned with festive seasons, weddings, and special occasions. We recommend checking back often or following us for updates on new launches.
Our vintage and heritage-inspired pieces are carefully inspected before being listed. Due to their handcrafted and artisanal nature, slight variations in weave, texture, or color may be present. These are not flaws but a testament to authenticity and traditional craftsmanship. Each item is offered in wearable, well-maintained condition and clearly described.
Orders
Placing an order on Prayanvi is simple. Browse our collections, select the item you love, choose the required options, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is successfully processed.
At the moment, we do not offer reservations or holds on items without payment. Our collections are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and items are confirmed only once an order is successfully placed.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Our team then carefully processes, quality-checks, and prepares your item for dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.
You can track the status of your order using the tracking details shared via email after dispatch. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to view your order history and status. For any assistance, our customer support team is always happy to help.
Payments
We accept payment by wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Please make sure to specify your order number in your wire transfer and to always pay separately for separate orders. Depending on your bank, it may take between two to four business days until your payment reaches us.
You can comfortably and securely pay with your credit card during checkout. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Shipping
All orders are carefully packed and shipped using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. We ship across India, and in locations where standard courier services are unavailable, orders may be sent via Government Registered Speed Post.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
If you require faster delivery, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. While express shipping is not guaranteed for all locations, we will do our best to assist based on availability and courier service options.
Returns
At Prayanvi, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. We only process exchanges under specific conditions, such as receiving an incorrect item, a genuine manufacturing defect, or for size or preference-related reasons. All exchange requests must meet our policy guidelines and be initiated within the specified time frame.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
