RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Prayanvi, every sari is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we hope you truly enjoy your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. Here’s how we handle exchanges and cancellations.
Exchanges Only
We currently offer exchanges only — refunds are not part of our policy. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The product received is incorrect.

The item has a genuine manufacturing defect.

You wish to exchange due to size, color difference, or a change of preference.
In such cases, we’ll offer an exchange for the same or a similar product.
In-Store Exchanges
Products purchased online can also be exchanged at our Bhubaneswar office. Please ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original tags and packaging.
Requesting an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect or defective. Packages undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for exchange.
Sale and Promotional Items
Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
Additional Note
Slight variations in color, weave, or texture are part of the beauty of handmade textiles. These are not considered defects, but a reflection of the artisan’s hand.

1. Can I return my order for a refund?
No, we currently do not offer refunds. We only process exchanges under specific conditions as outlined above.
2. Can I exchange a product if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Yes. We accept exchanges for size issues, color discrepancies, or change of preference, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
3. How long do I have to request an exchange?
You must initiate your exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. For manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries, please notify us within 48 hours.
4. Is it possible to exchange a product I bought online at your office?
Yes. You can bring the unused product along with your order details and packaging to our Bhubaneswar office for an exchange.
5. Who pays for the return shipping?
If the exchange is due to incorrect or defective delivery, we cover the shipping. In all other cases (including size or preference exchanges), return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
6. What if I received a gift and want to exchange it?
If you have the order number and the item is eligible, we’re happy to process an exchange. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
7. Are sale items eligible for exchange?
No. Products purchased during sales or promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.
